Relax, learn a new skill, explore your creativity, and play with colour when you attend one of my felt making workshops. I can teach you how to make something to wear or a piece to frame. For a fun-filled day, you can attend the workshop with your friends. Fully catered.
Express your creativity by attending one of my workshops. Using only wool, soap, water, a bit of muscle, and a dash of imagination; make a piece of felt to your own design. You can make a range of products including a cowl to wear, a runner for the table, or a piece to frame, or a bowl, even make a basic hat, it is entirely up to you. You may not have attended a workshop like this before, but don’t worry, I am available to guide you throughout the process. For your piece, I supply all materials.
For small groups of 1-4 people, I use my Argyll studio. For groups that exceed 4 people, the workshop is situated in the village hall, which is close to my studio. When you visit my studio with a friend, you can see my work first-hand, including my landscape art pieces, and shawls.
Refreshments and lunch are provided when you visit my workshop, usual home made soup and bread lunch and as much coffee and home baked cake as you can eat. I am happy to accommodate specificdietary requirements when you inform me beforehand.
Please be aware that my studio is upstairs, alternative arrangements can be made with notice.
